New to Yoga? Items before you arrive

Book your class

We recommend you book in advance to guarantee your spot. Drop-in’s are available if space permits. Please give yourself enough time to find parking to make it to class on time.

What to wear

Wear comfortable, breathable clothes that you can move easily in. We want you to be able to focus on the movement rather than what you are wearing.

What to bring

We have yoga mats, and shower towels at the studio.  We ask that you bring your own water bottle to cut down on recycling as we do have filtered water so you get the good stuff!

Arrive on time

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your 1st class so we you can get signed in, settled in our space, and we can answer any questions you may have.  Please don’t be late, our classes are designed to start together and end together to be respectful of our students, schedules and teachers. If you have pre-registered for a class we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before the class starts to ensure your spot.  If you are not present 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the class we may offer your spot to a student that is here on the waitlist.

Sign in

Please check-in with our front desk team and let them know you are here for class by giving them your first and last name.

Waiver

All first timers are required to fill out a waiver in its entirety.

CANCELLATION – Late cancellations and no shows

In order to ensure availability in our classes we have a 4 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel 4 or more hours prior to the start of your class you will not be charged for the class.  For more information please refer to each pass or membership for additional cancellation requirements.
